Just refund my money, poor communication. If I weren't to have posted here I wouldn't have known the progress of my banner. And saturday? Saturday is almost over and I can't be bothered to be messed around by yet more companies.

Hello, you placed your order just 4 days ago, our usual turnaround can be 4 days. Your order was due tonight just like we said. Also, i'm not sure what you mean by poor communication, we respond to all clients...we will refund your money.
